How to buy from us?


Before you order:

Please contact us via Whatsapp to discuss your purchase before placing an order.

Singapore Purchases

  • Free delivery within 5 days to any Singapore address.
  • Same-day delivery is available for a $30 fee for orders placed before 4:00 PM. Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.
  • You may also visit our store at Queensway Shopping Centre to make your purchase in person.

International Purchase

  • Orders can be placed through our website for collection or delivery to a Singapore address.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own international shipping and paying any applicable import duties.

Alternatively:

  • We can arrange delivery to your international address within 7–14 days via FedEx.
  • Please contact us before placing your order so we can provide a full quotation, including shipping, import duties, and handling fees.
  • Once confirmed, we will create a customized order for your payment.

Cancellation and Refund policy:

All payments are strictly non-refundable. Any exceptions will be solely at our own assessment and discretion.

If you place a wrong order or change your mind after making the payment, we will normally refund the amount after deducting 20% of the amount to cover service providers' charges, credit card fee and other administrative tasks.

While we are committed to deliver you on time, and as per your order, there may be circumstances beyond our control such as overseas shipments getting delayed. Original model or color may not be available or the actual specifications may be different than the original. We will always try to deliver on time and the products closest to your orders. In such cases, no amount is refundable.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are committed to serve our customers to the best of our abilities. However, in case of any disagreement or dispute, our decision will be final on the matter.
