Chanced upon this shop when I was shopping at Queensway Shopping Centre. Been looking for a reliable bike shop to repair my foldie and Thornton answered all my questions. Arthur (hope I didn’t get his name wrong) and his boss/associate - Roger were knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Gave us lots of good advice. Brought in my bike to service by their mechanic and all it took was $30 to fix my bike’s issue whereas I was quoted $100-$300 to replace parts from elsewhere (and from mechanics who couldn’t really explain what was wrong). 10/10 for honesty and helpfulness and I think I will be coming in soon to get a new bike at their shop, because I know if anything fails, they would look into it with their best effort.
