Visit our store at Queensway Shopping Centre, try the bike, pay on spot and we will deliver the bike to you without any delivery cost. If you decide to collect
yourself, you will be entitled to 5% of bike cost as cash back to buy
accessories.

International Delivery

All Thornton models and 3Sixty are now available for world wide delivery in 5
to 10 days using Air shipment by FedEx.

Add your chosen bike as well as the applicable Shipment Cost for your destination to your Order List. If your country is not listed, or for any assistance, chatthrough our website or whatsapp to +65 8900 7285.

The Bikes are sold on C&F basis. Applicable Custom Duty shall be payable by you to Fedex directly on arrival.

Warranty and After Sale Service

Your bicycle is our responsibility.

Your purchase of any foldable bicycle from Thornton comes with One year Comprehensive against manufacturing defects - The Frame, Parts, Labour all included.

You also get Two Free Maintenance Services worth $68 each.

As you enjoy your bike, we are here to support. You get free unlimited Tuning and Adjustments for five years.

You love your bike. You can't live without it.

Your bike needs the care that it deserves. Do carry your maintenance service once a year.

For $68 only, get your bike serviced are our service centre - Thornton Care located next to our main store at Queensway Shopping Centre. Rest assured that your bike will be attended and detailed attention by our professional and experienced bicycle mechanic.

Our Maintenance package included:

Gears

Index gears, adjust derailleur and fine-cable tension to ensure smooth and precise shifting of gears.ย 

Brakes

Check for smooth operation and return action of brake levers and brake calipers (or brake arms), check for alignment and contamination of brake pads, inspect brake cables and hoses, check for alignment and cleanliness of rotors or brake discs.ย 

In case of hydraulic brakes, top up $20 for bleeding, if needed.

Chain

Check the chain for wear, wretch and appropriate length. Look for rust, stiff links, grime buid-up or damage to see if the chain needs replacement.

Headset and Hub

Adjust headset top cap and stem bolts to remove play while allowing smooth movement. Realign handlebar and stem.

Bottom Bracket

Check for play or movement in the crank arms, tighten the bottom bracket, chainring and pedals as necessary.

Nuts and Bolts

Inspect for any apparent loose nut or bolts needing tightening or replacement.

Tyres and Tunesย 

Check tyre condition to assess if the same needs replacement. Inflate tyres to optimum air pressure.

Note

We dont remove and reinstall parts as part of this service. Additional parts and labour costs are applicable for any replacement of parts.

Drive-Train. Top up $40

Degrease, clean and lubricate the drive train - the chain, chainring and the cassette.
